Critical Gaps & Missed Opportunities

Category Optimization Issues

  • Primary category was added, but important secondary and niche categories like “Airport Shuttle Service” and “Wedding Transportation” were missing.
  • Recommendation: Add 3–5 well-targeted secondary categories to improve visibility across various search intents.

Incomplete Profile Sections

  • Missing essential sections: Operating Hours, Payment Methods, Services Offered, Service Areas, and Products.
  • Recommendation: Complete these fields to improve Local Pack ranking and user trust.

Poor Semantic SEO in Posts

  •  Although 100+ posts were made, semantic optimization (with LSI keywords and local relevance) was under 60%.
  •  Recommendation: Improve quality of posts using location-based keywords, seasonal themes, and relevant events.

Messaging Not Enabled

  • Messaging feature was disabled, reducing chances of direct customer interaction.
